Provider Agreements and Licenses #
OCUL maintains an electronic version of each publisher license. This is considered the version of record.
Where possible, a separate agreement for local archiving and hosting containing standard SP verbiage regarding local loading, perpetual access, and format transformation will also be signed with content providers. These license files are maintained by UTL.
